ROTHERHAM MILLMOOR GREYHOUND STADIUM

The South Yorkshire town of Rotherham had at least 3 greyhound tracks in the past, the one off Millmoor Lane being built around the perimeter of the local Football League Club. It was situated at 1° 22' W 53° 25' N and operated as an independent flapping track. It held its opening meeting on 11th May 1931 but lasted barely two years. It closed for the final time on 29thJuly 1933.

The stadium can still be seen today but is no longer in use.
